18 Point Check Includes:

• Check all run capacitors to be within +/- 6% tolerance of their rated values. Capacitor failure leads to motor failure.
• Check all motor amps to be below run load amps. Over amped motor leads to motor failure.
• Check all wiring connections to insure a tight connection. Loose wires can burn and lead to no cooling
• Check all contacts and relays for burnt or pitted contacts. Burnt or pitted contacts can stick and cause damage to your compressor or cooling failure.
• Check and clean all blower wheels as needed. Proper air flow means better comfort.
• Clean all refrigerant coils with chemical to remove imbedded dirt. Proper air flow means efficient cooling.
• Check superheat and/or subcooling on all units. Proper charging means better comfort and efficient operation.
• Check proper alignment of blower wheels and fan blades. Misalignment means noisy operation.
• Check temperature difference through indoor coil. Proper temperature difference means proper air flow. Proper air flow means better comfort and more efficient cooling.
